CLAIMS FORMS and supporting material can be sent by post, facsimile or scanned copies by email direct to CMA.
An acknowledgement of receipt of any claim will be issued within 2 working days.
Determination on Claims under $2,000 will, subject to satisfactory documentation, be notified or paid with 14 days of receipt. Payment will be made by EFT where possible.
Claims Over $2000 will be resolved as early as circumstances permit but a status advice will be issued where practical not less than 21 days after receipt of the claim.
